At VMORA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products may be eligible for return if:

The item is damaged

Wrong product delivered

Size issue (if applicable)

Product received is defective

Item significantly differs from description

To be eligible:

Return & Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must remain intact

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Damaged items caused by misuse

Customized or personalized products

Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards or promotional items

4. REFUND PROCESS

After successful inspection of returned products:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banks/payment providers

For COD orders, refund may be processed through:

Bank transfer

UPI

Wallet transfer

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange availability depends on:

Stock availability

Product category

Serviceable location

VMORA reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

VMORA reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Pricing errors

Fraud suspicion

Inventory issues

Technical problems

Payment verification failure

7. REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Shipping fees, COD charges, or convenience fees may be non-refundable in certain cases unless the issue is caused by VMORA.
